A new policy in Girlvet's ER makes her wonder if anyone in management knows what it's like to work there.
Sad thing is...the people truly getting dicked over in a busy ER are those who are too sick to complain and who have to wait longer while we smooth over the situation with the verbally-abusive drug seeker with a gift certificate and an apology.

True true. My ED has the same policy. If someone complains we give them a gift, free food, or a coupon for an item.
Sad world.
Doesn't that just make them come back for more??
I guess that's where bong resin girl is getting all of those coupons.
I say bleed the box dry. Every patient complains. Call management for every complaint and inform them that you have already offered them the gift and your just waiting for management to unlock the box. A week of that should stop it if all the nurses are on board.
